Mensah Global Solutions, formerly Requa Consulting received an invitation to attend the Society of Women Engineers Conference hosted at the Los Angeles Convention Center Oct 26 - Oct 28, 2023. The World's Largest Conference for Women in Engineering and Technology WE#23, the 3-day flagship event showcased top companies from around the globe and invited attendees to Live Without Limits while engaging in networking, gaining career insights and connecting with industry leaders on Technology and innovation. The event also featured renowned and keynote speakers who shared their sories of success in STEM while encouraging others to live fearlessly in the pursuit of their dreams. Speakers also focused on the global need to support and encourage women and girls in STEM fields to helo close the gender gap and snure diversity, inclusivity, parity and equity in STEM. We got the opportunity to meet many talented young women, and men who are each looking for a chance to contribute unique skills, experience and knowledge while learning from industry leaders. Thank you to all the women, and men leading the way, mentoring, empowering and supporting STEM. Attending this conference left us with a renewed purpose in advancing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, and creating more opportunities for engagement around the world. It was a wonderful experience at we23 and we look forward to #WE24!
